My pizza order was not done on time, it was 30min after the assigned time it was supposed to be done. The inside of the store was not very clean and the service was very rude!

This is by far the worst caseys I’ve ever visited. They are never open at 4 am. Food is never ready before 5 am. Lights are either off at 4:30am and no one is there or the lights are on but the staff leave the doors locked until 5 am. Forget if you need to use the restroom or get gas. The pumps are not always on either. The older Casey’s in this region have hot food ready at opening. Clean restrooms and pumps work. This place needs to do better.

Pizza wasn't even READY by the estimated time. Pre-Ordered it 2hrs ago! On arrival, pizza wasn't even STARTED. Pizza makers were messing around in back room
I usually am very considerate with my reviews, looking at the good over bad, but I find this unacceptable. This made my grandparents very unhappy as they have been waiting for this delicious pizza all day. I shouldn't have to wait 2 hours for 5 pizzas. Please. Just. Be. Faster. Note: Pizza was unevenly cut as well. This makes the food look VERY sloppy. 👎

Mistakenly charged 80$ for someone else's purchase. Still haven't gotten my money back. Just an expired coupon for pizza.

Normally I love Casey's. This store is an exception-AVOID. There is never any food. No coffee lids. And a line out the door. I will reduce my place in the line by never stopping here again. Fool me three times and it's my fault for being so gullible.

Had placed a pizza pick up order took 2 hours! I went ahead and called just a double check if this was right when someone answered the phone they went ahead and stated the fact that they are short staffed and very busy, and then they proceeded to hang up on me . When I went to go pick up the pizza 2 hours later The Man Behind the Counter was very rude and the pizza was also cold and made me and my husband sick for the whole weekend. Also the older cashier man is very rude he's intrusive and ask unnecessary questions that make people feel uncomfortable bad customer service at this gas station. Also sometimes I get carded for cigarettes sometimes I don't either way I give them my ID so your staff members aren't checking IDs for cigarettes and or liquor because I've seen it myself not asking for the proper ID not okay. I also have Casey's rewards and always make sure to get my points because they don't ask and then one time you guys were giving away free coffee and the cashier did not offer me any comes to find out I could have gotten a free coffee with my casey points. This place needs new management ASAP or the locals are going to go to Dubuque just to avoid this Behavior.

Be careful eating the hot food out of this place (whenever they actually make it). Got a slice of pizza this morning and it gave me instant diarrhea. This is the second time in two weeks. I've only eaten Casey's breakfast pizza two times in the past two weeks and I almost immediately squirted it out the other end. Avoid. Whenever they do have pizza, it's old and dried out. The slice this morning didn't look bad, but it wasn't fit for human consumption because of food-borne bacteria.

rude and inconsiderate went to get gas and it stopped pumping half way through went in to the store and they didn't do anything to help me and just suggested i repay for it

i mean it is gas station pizza, what do you expect - the people other there have always been nice - never once had bad customer service.

Now how can you hire an employee, have them open the store at 4am and they don’t know how to turn the gas pumps on? figure it out, damn Casey’s.
