Horrible customer service. Reached out to Kallie Kleitsch in the insurance department after being recommended to Dupaco. Very nice on the phone, said she would get me a quote over 1/2 a dozen times. Says she will get it done tomorrow, but then doesn't even reply. She is apparently having problems with Progresive but only communicates this when I ask. She clearly doesn't want my business which is to bad because I wanted a local agent to work with. If I was her manager I'd audit her email logs, review her lack of follow up and fire her. But maybe Dupaco all around doesn't need more insurance clients. Waste of time and energy.

i’ve had a few problems off and on for a few months.I had to shut down my old debit card for fraud a few months ago. I don’t think I got my money back for a couple of big transactions I didn’t even make. They would put random blocks on my card. Tried to take money out of my savings, and the only amount it would take out was $20. i have plenty of money in my account.

First off Dupaco would not give me a home equity loan 5 years ago when I needed money oh and my credit is amazing, secondly I am a member of Dupaco credit union and I am also a member of John deere employee credit union and every time I go in to Dupaco credit union in Galena IL I always have a problem getting money. Today I came in and needed to withdraw from John Deere employee credit union and Deposit into Dupaco so I could get cash need less to say that did not get done but did not surprise me any because every time i go in alwaysa PROBLEM . Then I went to the ATM to take out my cash from John Deere employee credit union and let's just say it took forever because you could only take out 500.00 at a time. OMG I feel from my experience today especially from the Lady I talked to today. Not willing to help me get my money at all and the only reason I got my money was the very nice lady that helped me at John deere employee credit union..in the future I really wish Dupaco credit union would work with me and I am Sure other people better. I feel it should have been very easy today but instead it turned into a very big disappointment making a deposit for withdrawal should have been easy and fast...UGH NOT HAPPY I CAN'T REMEMBER THE LADY'S NAME FROM TODAY BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP........

Went in to open a new account. Megan was extremely helpful, informative and professional. Provided great information and she was able to transfer my high interest credit card to a much lower one. Highly recommend!

No privacy. Went to open account and there are no walls around desks. I was asked my social security number and there was a person in lobby with teller. I could clearly hear another employee talking on phone with customer about credit card issues and asking for ex-wife’s name. I find this to be a safety issue since there is absolutely no privacy.

I have plenty of money in my bank account and the ATM won't process any transactions. I go to this ATM for a reason so that I don't have to pay a fee.

Charge me $5 to cash a members check without being a member myself, when it probably takes more effort for them and their computers for me to cash it at my US bank without a fee. Thought in the past about opening an account with them but forget it now because this is crooked

This is the only bank/credit union I’ve ever had and after dealing with my boyfriends bank in Freeport, I feel bad more people don’t have the amazing Dupaco in their area. Everything about Dupaco is awesome. Customer service, interest rates, I don’t have to pay $30 a month for my checking account. I didn’t even know that was a normal thing people did. I’m just so appreciative of you Dupaco. Thanks for being there for me.

As a young adult being the victim of fraud was extremely scary. The day I called Dupaco and spoke to them about what was going on they worked fast to take care of the problem and I can’t thank this company enough! They mean it when they say they are here for YOU and they showed me that with their actions. Thank you Dupaco!!
