“We recently visited this store when in Galena and really liked the great items and variety for sale! My review is more about customer service, however. I recently called the store to purchase some things for my wife's birthday and the staff was way more than accommodating and helpful. Steven literally did a FaceTime call with me so that I could sort of "shop" again for a couple more items, taking me around the store and explaining many of the items I had interest in. When a regular store customer needed to check out, he politely asked if he could take care of them and set me down, then came right back to helping me peruse more and answer my questions. I found this extremely out of the ordinary and wanted to be sure to provide a review reflecting this outstanding customer service! Well done! Can't wait to get back!”

“This toy store is AMAZING! Everything they were selling was excellent quality and something my kids would actually play with. We ended up wandering into their "sale" room and found so many goodies! Thank goodness they ship because I will be purchasing all their Christmas gifts from here. The owner was fabulous as well. Excellent recommendations and knowledge of the products. Super friendly.”

“So Poopsie's... Probably the quintessential flagship of a tourist stop if I had to pick one for Galena IL. When you think of Poopsie's other legenday landmarks like Wall Drug SD, any of the Bucc-ees, Dick's 5 & 10 in Branson MO etc. should spring into your mind... If you are looking for travel stickers, magnents, or souvenirs in general you can find it here. There is also a WIDE selection of general merchandise. Picture frames, toys, stuffed animals, and so on... The shop spans about half of that city block and is divided into three difference sections. I found their pricing to be fair, the staff was friendly, and there's a lot of things to look at. A lot of the shops in Galena are dog friendly. This is one of them so get too surprised when you feel something thumping against your leg and you look down and it's a tail (true story)... A definite must stop when you are in Galena IL!”
