WorldMark Galena is a lovely, quiet, and clean resort hotel just outside historic Galena, Illinois. It offers a terrific respite with newly renovated, cozy rooms featuring small kitchens and attached decks. The facilities include a beautiful indoor pool and spa area, a small gym, a game room, and a barbecue area. The staff is friendly, phenomenal, and provides great customer service. While it could use some modernizing polish, the overall experience is pleasurable, peaceful, and comfortable. It is a great location for a vacation or tourist stop, with no breakfast served. Many guests would gladly go again.

Mike was at the front desk when we checked in. He was very helpful with locations, our technical difficulties with our phones/I-pads and picture taking. All the staff was phenomenal, and the rooms were very clean. My family and I went during the week, and it was very peaceful. They have a small gym, an indoor pool, which was nice.
