Went to get a couch the other day, and the one floor sales rep told us to fill out the application with just city state names and phone. Well Tony the manager came out and said this isn't what we need we need complete addresses and I said this is ridiculous and Tony told me that if I want to have an attitude to go somewhere else. We were trying to tell him that his ses rep told us to fill it out that way but Tony decided to talk over me and tell me that if I'm going to rude to go to RAC and pay more. Well we did go to RAC and we got the couch we wanted the next day. So thanks Tony for basically throwing us out the door and having us take our business elsewhere

“Tony “ is rude lol I took my business else where he’s judgmental and approves who he wants and doesn’t communicate I went rent a center and they got me approved in less then a hour and I have my washer and dryer don’t go to Aaron’s waste of time ?

I was told two different prices on what I had to pay up front. When they were supposed to deliver they were hours late. Then when they finally arrived I was told they couldn't hook up the dryer which was gas. I had spoke with 3 different people and they all knew from day one I needed a gas dryer. Not one of them ever mentioned they couldn't hook it up! I was so mad I sent it all back.

Lies on the website forces you to go in store for an online purchase just to refuse to give you what you paid for and then doges calls for 2 days when you are trying to get a refund
