“I lived at the apartments on Dayton Drive for the last 3.5 years and had a wonderful experience. The property was well maintained and in a safe neighborhood. Don Swing (landlord) is very pleasant to work with and very helpful in resolving any concerns. I recommend renting from Swing Rentals.”

“I really loved living here. The townhouses are huge and have a ton of storage space. The location is PERFECT. You are outside of town, but right next to the interstate. You are also surrounded by trees and birds. It was very peaceful out here. The swimming pool is a great feature as well (although unattended kids are often in it =/ ).The maintenance team at Bridlecreek is great! They came out yearly to check on the furnace, water heater, etc BEFORE we had a problem with them. Our furnace actually did go out one year in the cold of the winter and they were out immediately to fix it.Only downside to these townhouses is that they could use an update. I personally don't mind that they are a little outdated, but the big sliding glass doors are drafty and the kitchen and bathrooms did look pretty old. But, compared to other rentals in this town, it looks great. So no complaints here.”

“My sister in law lives here. It's a nice place and they look out for their residents. It's rent controlled, has air conditioning,a community room and elevators. The other tenants are very friendly and lookout for one another.”
