“Detailed information on every process, with photos. Excellent customer service! We received our car back early. It looked fabulous. They detailed it inside and out! She was glowing! Still is! ?? highly recommended…. And my grandfather owned an auto body shop for years. I’m picky with who I trust. Pete’s has the Mannon’s auto body approval. Glad to see someone just as trustworthy as my grandpas shop was.”

“Matt Alvarado at Galesburg Nissan was very easy to work with. There was never any pressure to buy. The ease of buying a new car when I came to buy used was easy thanks to Matt explaining the discounts offered. I would highly recommend Matt at Galesburg Nissan!”

“Great customer service, friendly staff and outstanding repair. Fairly minor damage to front end hit a coyote at highway speed but still, damaged all the same. Wife picked up the vehicle today immediately called me, I’m thinking oh no here we go again another shoddy repair!! Quite the contrary she called to say how impressed she was with the whole experience and her vehicle has never looked better, after I got home from work I give it a good once over and outside of the few bugs she collected on her 54 mi drive home it was perfect exactly what you should expect after a quality repair, almost forgot to mention the awesome detail job completely satisfied with our whole experience and we highly recommend Bates!!”

“We went to Advance Auto with a windshield wiper blade problem. I talked to Paul about what was going on.Paul not only found the correct wiper blade but offered to put the blade on, in the rain. Paul was very courteous, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Which these days its hard to find that kind of service. Thank you Paul for everything you did for me and my Wife . We will be back.”

“So, after spending $70 on an oil change, $700 on brakes, plus a few random visits to a mechanic in Galesburg, I decided to try somewhere different. My car overheated and I have a cracked rim. Honestly this garage was the 3rd place I called. They say 3 times a charm. They checked my car to see why it overheated and flushed and filled the radiator after determining there was a crack in the radiator. John called everywhere from here to Missouri looking for a rim for me. Charged me $40 total. Later that afternoon after I left, I called him crying. I was about 20 minutes away and my spare tire which I was driving on, popped. He sent his guys out to help me. He got me home. He charged me $80 on the tow!!! Thank you so so much!!!!”

“Great experience, Jim is a stand up guy and very honest. He's not trying to make it rich, his prices are way reasonable, I have bought a car or 2 from him, he does great work and will help you if you need it. Not many of these gems left in the world!”

“James very helpful when I asked if he had time to test my battery. He was friendly and explained what he believed was the issue. There wasn't any sales pressure, but did say when I was ready to replace the battery they install for free if the battery is purchased from them.”

“Connor was an incredibly helpful employee. Was passing through Galesburg 2hours away from home when my car breaks down on me. Luckily was close enough to the store. Not only did he help replace a broken windshield wiper in pouring rain, they helped get the parts I needed and stayed with my for over an hour while calling local mechanics that might be available late at night.”

“They were extremely bz, my father was broke down on interstate, we took the tire in and within 30 minutes or less they had it switched over and we were able to get him back on the road! They were great, friendly, fast, definitely would recommend them! And the price was great too for a new tire”
