“I had an appointment with Glass Speciality, I drove an hour to their location and was told they wouldn’t have time to repair my camper window despite my scheduled appointment. I went down the street to first glass since I was already in Galesburg. I knew it was a long shot but they made an exception for me and repaired the window pretty quickly and were super nice about it. It was a great experience and I really needed a win today, would definitely give them my business again. Thank you so much for the help today!!”

“I have utilized this company for two separate needs: the windshield replacement on my 2019 Ford F-150 and the ordering of a replacement window for my home. Although the home window required reordering, the team handled the situation effectively and ensured the final outcome was correct. Their commitment to making it right was evident. I am completely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend doing business with them in the future.”
