“Made a booking for a small sized suv on Wednesday July 16 for pick up on Friday morning at 8 am at the Galesburg branch. Thursday morning I got a call from Antonio to confirm my booking and ensuring me that the vehicle would be ready to go on Friday. Arrived at the branch at 8:30 am and were welcomed by a Chavon who checked us in and informed us that because they didn't have the car that I've booked, we've been upgraded to the next size for free!! She explained to me everything about the fees, fuel policies, insurance options etc.I really felt comfortable when we drove off as she also explained some of the features that the car has.Monday morning Antonio called again to confirm that the $300 deposit were paid back in my bank account.Thank you Antonio and Chavon for your excellent service.Andre”
