Along with the cashier having a conversation with someone who, admittedly, was not a customer today she was unable to help me. 4 out of 4 pumps/credit card reader did not work and she wanted me to accept her answer of "sometimes they work and sometimes they dont"-and she was completely serious. So, while a paying customer waited for assistance and never got it she went back to conversing with someone there to loiter, not there spend at the very least $75.00.

I'm pretty sure I've put a review up in case you've taken it down but 2:00 p.m. on a Sunday March 26th not a single thing in any of the hot warmers nothing. This is honestly the worst Casey's I've ever been inside of in just Illinois alone..

Everytime I would come in faithfully, 5 days a week this location NEVER has creamer and sugar or flavor or breakfast pizza. That new Beer batter your company advertised, NEVER once could I get breakfast pizza for breakfast, neither location in Galesburg had any. Never even got to try it. How about at 5:30a.m. you do make breakfast pizza. One bacon and one sausage, they sell fast. The only reason I come there is because of a wonderful employee named Christine in the kitchen. Her attitude and fresh, (never dried out or cut tiny) pizza is y I currently still visit now. There is no slice worth 2.99$ when the toppings can't even reach the crust and it's hard as a rock. One register from 500a.m. til whenever. That's a rush and you should be prepared.

If you get the right customer service person you will get great service. Be careful with the services. It’s nonchalant don’t care attitude service. Rush you in your process of checking out. Will not being going back unless I have too. So I will not be there..
