    Since the new owners bought the storage property from FHP they have tidied up and put new gravel throughout the whole driving area and reseeded the grassy hill.     They have nice storage units that are clean, security cameras on site. The only thing that I did notice was that this past winter the couple of times that it did snow the lot wasn't cleaned out and that installing gutters wouldn't be a bad idea either.
