“This afternoon I dropped and cracked my phone screen. I dreaded going to the galesburg location to get a new phone. My last visit at the galesburg store 2.5 years ago was not pleasant to say the least. However, tonight I was greeted immediately by Ray Jennings, the sales manager. He was so kind and informative about all of my options. He had a trainee (named Christian) tag team and they both went above and beyond to get a new phone for me. They were both extremely knowledgeable of the products and services they can offer. But above all that, they were both so kind.
