“Massive kudos and thanks to Jackson yesterday! He did more for me than any other employee at Verizon, T Mobile, and ATT since 2011. (The only catch is i can't verify his work cause most of it was on my mom's phone which is across the country and she still hasn't responded back to me)Pros:-Customer Service-Competence-Clean-Friendly-No Play/Gets the Job done-Makes sure you Understand-WAY Above and Beyond-ZERO 611 Needed!Cons:-Currently NoneNote; Why is 611 ever even needed when there's literally physical stores lol, especially corporate stores! T Mobile needs to take a page, cancel that a Book from Verizon on this one! (Verizon is NOT Perfect but so far they're better than T Mobile.Note 2; i highly recommend staying with corporate Verizons, but i don't know how you can tell the difference online/via maps though.”

“This afternoon I dropped and cracked my phone screen. I dreaded going to the galesburg location to get a new phone. My last visit at the galesburg store 2.5 years ago was not pleasant to say the least. However, tonight I was greeted immediately by Ray Jennings, the sales manager. He was so kind and informative about all of my options. He had a trainee (named Christian) tag team and they both went above and beyond to get a new phone for me. They were both extremely knowledgeable of the products and services they can offer. But above all that, they were both so kind. It made my otherwise dreaded visit from a bad past experience a breath of fresh air. Thank you Ray and Christian for your excellent customer service. You are both stars! I hope US Cellular appreciates you both and treats you both well.”

“Galesburg's supercenter is convenient and friendly ( unlike some stores that I have encountered in my lifetime). The service center is accommodating. Oh, you get a few who are lacking in people skill, but such is life. For the most part, they are helpful. The store is always stocked and clean.”
