“As I have come to expect from JB Hawks, the customer service I received here was top-notch. The two ladies who helped me even told me about additional details that I could receive by adding JB Hawks to my SnapChat. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive my discount even though I used the SnapCode that was posted in the location. It would have been nice if it was easier to get the discount, but I will not dock my rating because of this. The staff was extremely helpful.”
