“Last weekend our car decided at just over 77,000 miles it needed a new engine . We still owed on the car . After purchasing it brand new at 30,000 we were so close to paying it off . It was absolutely devastating that at lower miles and the car being just over five years old it needed such a major repair . We tried one car dealer and they were not willing to take our car for trade , but wanted to sell us a car for $745 a month . So we would have two payments and a broke down car . They were more concerned about making a buck than helping us . Our next stop was City Select . We told Matt what type of payment we were looking for , we told him about the car , and the first thing he said was I’ll buy your car . Whew ! What a relief ! I was expecting negative equity on a new loan , and an outrageous payment . I was so wrong , not only did he listen but he and John went above and beyond . That car is gone , that loan is done , and we left yesterday in a new to us vehicle . Matt and John were both polite , professional, honest and all around amazing . I will recommend City Select Motors to anyone and everyone . I cannot put into words how thankful we are . You guys are absolutely amazing , thank you for your time and efforts !”
