I love my Walgreens on the corner of Main & Blaine! Everyone is very sweet, helpful & knowledgeable. I feel like I'm walking into a store where a lot of my friends work! I'm very grateful for each person there! They are ALL AWESOME! I have anxiety really bad and I'm not anxious going in here. It's sad that the hours have been cut shorter! It's HIGHLY IRRITATING that the pharmacy is closed on the weekend! Who's stupid idea was that? Thank you for the opportunity to let me voice how I feel.

People are always nice and friendly,a lady named Cheryl is great at customer service skills. Theres a man who works in the pharmacy, I believe hes African I do believe, he is so rude as all get out.

I recently was at the Walgreens in Galesburg Il 61401 on Fremont Street a lady named ANGELA OR ANGIE was very rude and had poor customer service when trying to ask about a rapid covid test for my daughter. I had made the appt and have the confirmation message she delivered her poor customer service skills, no patience, I felt I wasn't heard understood and she even turned off the phone so she couldn't hear me. I will never come back to a walgreens id rather be seen by Walmart if thats the type of people they hire to do drive thru or anything dealing with people!!
