“I would like to thank Teresa at the Galesburg store for exceptional personal care. I called about an hour before closing and asked her to pull bottoms for a relative in rehab care. Teresa had met this out of town friend the previous time we shopped here. I came in the next morning and Teresa had several pants, capris and skirts pulled. I selected 3 and took them to Springfield the next day.

They handled each group of prom attendees and their parents swiftly and efficiently. Soon it was our turn and Morgan Talbott introduced herself to my son and I. She's quite an impressive assistant manager! Had us in there and out in less than 1/2 hour! Assertive, enthusiastic and offered valuable fashion assistance! And did it all with a smile!”
