Sales department is great. Service department has ruined my opinion of this dealership. After buying two vehicles from them, I won't be coming back. The latest service department debacle happened yesterday. First of all, I had to wait over a week to get an appointment. Left my car there the night before, so they had it first thing in the morning. I waited all day to hear from them. Finally at 4:30 I called to find out what was going on with my car since they had not contacted me. Note: The service department is now on an automated phone system which prevents you from talking to an actual person. They are apparently far too busy to talk to their customers. The best you can do is leave a message, which I did. I received a call back after 5:00pm and found out the status of my car. I honestly doubt they even looked at it or did any work on it. I said I would come pick it up. He said he would be there until 6:00pm. I scrambled to find a ride from Monmouth to Galesburg so I could get there before 6:00. I arrived at 5:45pm to find the entire building locked up and no one around. The signs on the front door said they are open until 6:00. The hours online say they are open until 6:00. So now I have to go pick up my car this morning, making both my husband and me late for work. The utter lack of professionalism and lack of communication make this repeat customer dissatisfied and no longer a customer of theirs.

Very helpful and friendly. Felt like my car was in good hands. They discovered some issues during the oil change (the works) and were able to fix it that day!

Had a great buying experience with Dustin and Ford of Galesburg. Everyone was friendly and the sale was straight forward. I’d been looking to purchase a Bronco for over a year and couldn’t be happier with this dealership.

Wow! Very impressed with my visit to galesburg ford! I always had my truck serviced at a quad city dealer however moving back to the area I decided to give them a try. New tires, very transmission service, coolant flush and an oil change. They did the job. Made sure I was completely satisfied. They took very good care to be careful with my truck. I watched Drew from the lobby and he took his time. The service staff was awesome. Parts manager was right there making sure the tires I ordered were the right ones. So very pleased. If I wear this truck out I will give them a try for a new one !

You do great work.But 2 hours waiting for an oil change is a bit much.I realize Tire rotaion/ topping off fluids and brake inspection is added.

Over a 2 week span, I brought in both our vehicles for service. We don't live here but are here for work, so this was our first interaction with this dealership.1) Oil change for 2019 Ranger on August 8th [4.5 stars]2) Warranty and recall for F350 diesel dually on August 11th [5 stars]3) Oil change for F350 diesel dually on August 23rd [3 stars]The service advisor was helpful and kept me informed throughout all 3 times I was in for service. We plan to return for service in the future should we be in the area when we need it. However, I do have two complaints. Neither are absolutely deal breakers (since we do plan to return if need be), but they were certainly inconvenient.1) The oil life percentage wasn't reset on my Ranger when the oil change was completed. I had to do it myself. I've never had a service tech not do it. When I brought in my F350 2 weeks later, it was done, so I'm assuming it was a simple oversight.2) They weren't prepared for the oil change for my F350. I scheduled 12 days in advance. About an hour into the oil change, I was informed they were a quart short on oil and had to order some from another dealership. That added an hour to the oil change. I had paid for a sitter for my child so I could get the oil changed without corraling a 2 year old in a non-toddler friendly waiting room, so I ended up having to pay the sitter for an extra hour because of the dealership's lack of being prepared. I was not compensated by the dealership for the inconvenience. $311 later (for just that oil change), I had to spend even more money because of their lack of being prepared. 12 days should be plenty of warning to make sure you have enough oil.

Had issues with the purchased vehicle but I was more than taken care of and not charged because of the short amount of time I had bought the car. I was given a loaner the whole time. Customer service in all departments was excellent!! I’ll be buying my next car there. Thanks you all!

I’ve experienced nothing but the best customer service from top to bottom. I won’t go anywhere else as the service and the vehicles that I’ve bought at Ford of Galesburg has been a wonderful experience. Thanks again to all the wonderful people at this dealership that have helped me and my family out every step of the way.

Quick and friendly service. They were upfront with the pricing and didn't try to hassle me into adding serviced I didn't come in for. It's was a very calm and clean environment. I would gladly use this service department location again!

Could work on communicating better with customers. Other than that, I'd take my car back for service. They're drivers and other service staff are very friendly.
