My husband and father-in-law stopped at Casey’s in Galva, IL on 1/5/2025 at around 1pm and got crispy chicken sandwiches. He said they tasted burnt and out of all the Casey’s he has been to these sandwiches where the worst EVER!!!! They couldn’t even eat them!

Ordered three breakfast pizzas online and went to pick them up and they had not even started on them . Not sure where the disconnect was , we have ordered there several times online and never had a problem . Manager was super rude to us when we asked about it we walked out .

I came in and got a pepperoni pizza. The lady said she was the assistant manager in the kitchen and kept me updated on how long my pizza was going to take to finish. While she was waiting for the pizza to come out of the oven I couldn't help but notice that she was staying busy and making sure the kitchen was clean. It's nice to know that the kitchen staff keeps their work areas clean and make our food fresh. I think she said her name was Kayla, she always had a smile on her face and was very kind. 5/5 will return

Love Caseys Pizza but have had very poor experiences.This will be the third time I have ordered delivery from the Galva Caseys. Every single time was over 45 mins late the longest being over an hour late. This particular time the order had already been 30 mins late so I called the store and the employee i spoke with said he would be leaving with my order shortly. I don't mind waiting for my order to arrive if they are busy or short staffed but when they said my order would arrive in 60 minutes and it arrived 110 minutes later there is a serious disconnect.

Took a very long time to simply order my families food, the employee was very slow and could barely read the specials to me. When our food arrived 2 hrs later we were quit hungry and disappointed to find our taco pizza had very little lettuce and NO CHIPS. When I called back to let them know we didnt get what we wanted, the same worker that took my food order originally answered and was very rude and ended up handing off the phone to his manager who apologized and coul only offer a $3 discount on our next order. I also gave their driver a nice $10 tip because he informed me he could not provide change for a $10. Horrible experience, we wont order food from there again.

Most are very nice people but two in particular but both woman might just be stressed a lot not sure. Had a few mistakes on orders but things do happen and I cant say I haven't done the same although when it did happen that time they we very rude about it and it does take a extremly long time too get your pizza as well. Overall it's a nice place and they try their best for the most part and there are a few gems there. I think its worth really giving a chance. I do love it there regardless of the 2 person but It really makes up for the other good and amazing people that work there. I would recommend giving it a chance at least. I hope the few people there learn on manners because it's hard when your frustrated and they have a attitude too a customer when I try being polite because then it makes me not want too visit again. I'm trying too think positive because I love Casey's just needs work on how they treat their customers a lot. Also I am a regular there and want too be happy when I go there and start conversations without being ignored. That is the absolute worst being ignored. I have stopped going as much as I use too. I don't think they are about loosing customers but again will try giving it a few more chances for the good ones. My tip is we all have bad days but you gotta keep that at home because people feel embarrassed when u ignore them and eventually you'll loose more and more customers that way. Hope it changes I love Casey's I dont wanna give it up for feeling unappreciated or embarrassed. I work customer service but even on my bad days dont let it show in my work performance. Thank you and hoping I'll get better. Only being honest here no names just how I feel as a regular customer. Thanks!

Said it would be an hour for pizza and it took an hour an half to get pizza. Everyone that came in after me was also told that their pizza was not done yet.
