About Bookwalter Woods Manufactured Home Community
Bookwalter Woods is a quiet, well-planned neighborhood with a country atmosphere. It is not a bad place, offering cheaper rentals than most apartments, with newer homes available. The community allows pets for an upcharge. However, it can take awhile to get things fixed, with some lots and concrete needing repair, leading to muddy and slippery conditions. The rooms are decent sized with great washer/dryer hook ups.
Great staff, amazing office manager! Things get done that day if not within the week! Water has changed and is 10x better!! Been here a year and it has changed alot with the new manager and things get taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this place for your first home!

Used to be a fantastic place to live, costs have gone up for lot rent and the water is disgusting and undrinkable.

Not a bad place for a starter rental- chearper then most two bedroom appartments. Lots of newer trailers, if you want to pay a little more. They also allow dogs and cats for a upcharge. But sometimes it takes awhile to get things fixed.
