Best auto repair/tow shop ever! The lengths they went to help me out was incredible. Hard to find people that are this great anymore. Lucas even gave me rides to and from my hotel due to my car being down. Do yourself a favor and call no other shop around!

The brakes went out on my car and I was stranded in Bradley. I called J and R and they sent a tow truck ASAP and got my car in and today I am back on the road safe and sound. Thank you for taking such good care of my car.

A very freak (and thankfully, not catastrophic) incident immobilized us on the side of 1-55 on a Sunday afternoon due to an office chair that had flown out of someone’s truck now lodged under our bumper. Feeling very discouraged with our options and 3 small children sleeping in the backseat, we called J&R, hoping we’d get lucky. Jeff Lee personally answered, and despite him being off the clock and enjoying his Sunday, he offered to help and told us he’d be there as soon as he could with the tools needed to get us back on the road. Not even 40 minutes later, we were chair free and ready to go. Jeff couldn’t have been nicer, more professional, or more efficient, and we’re so thankful to have dealt with this issue just a stone’s throw from J&R Truck and Mobile Service Center. I can’t recommend Jeff enough, and if you’re unfortunate enough to deal with an issue with your vehicle, I hope it happens in proximity to Jeff & his team as they’ll take very good care of you. Exceptional customer service, incredibly kind man.

We were so stuck with a dysfunctional Prius. JR got us off highway 55. Said he would try a fix (versus going to the Toyata dealer 49 mile’s away). He fixed the problem in 40 mins. 1/10 the cost. Could not be nicer. Made me want to move to Gardner

I had my transmission on my 2014 Silverado redone here a couple years ago. Recently something didnt feel right so i brought it in and they rechecked and corrected the issue under the warranty and then Extended the warranty.
A Great place to have your car serviced!

Poor ethics and business practices.. Steals your vehicle if it looks worthy enough. Has anyone ever heard of $1400+ for a tow down the street? Me neither but was how much I'd paid for the truck in total.. Dare said to me that he can/ will part my vehicle out for more money. Please. Never pretend these are good people, with your best interests in mind.. They honestly must pay for the good reviews or is just their staff, mom, dad, aunts, uncles, nephews and married in laws leaving these. I will never forgive them for what they did to me and they will steal your vehicle too if it is nice enough. Best to avoid this backwood anyhow, it's not a great place for anyone whom isn't a local to be quite fair.. Which they didn't think I am I guess. So I do see. How they do business, with a clean vehicle on the side of the road for not even 8 hours.. That was in a mild accident, literally hits nothing but is stuck on its side in a 10ft drainage ditch that shouldn't even exist that you can't even see until its too late .. As if there wasn't any other towing options than that, as if there was no other way than to use this company and screw a young persons life up. Its pathetic truly and thanks for nothing. ?

Gas gauge was faulty on my buddy's truck and we got stuck out of gas and Jeff came straight out and brought gas and got us back on the road. Thanks Jeff

Highly, highly recommend J&R for towing needs. We were stuck in the road in the middle of the night last night due to snow & they were able to have a young man out in about 45 minutes to come get us out of the drift, when all other companies were quoting 2-3 hours! Very professional & kind, and reasonably priced!
