my favorite hair salon of all time! amazing cuts and color every time! i travel from chicago back to gardner just for laura because she does such an amazing job. honestly i haven’t been anywhere that has been able to do what she does. every time i come here i leave feeling so confident. photos below of some before and afters :)

I recently went here for a blonde balayage and the woman named Ashley did not give me that. I already had my hair lightened and wanted to go lighter. I requested this clearly and showed mutiple pictures of what I wanted. She ended up coloring majority of my hair dark brown and bleaching random streaks in my hair. I had random orange and white strands in my head mixed with brown. I was not happy. I spoke up but she wouldn't make time to fix my hair until four days later. I had to go somewhere else and pay even more money to get this fixed. I requested a refund but she was very rude about it. I never got a refund and had to pay $200 extra to get my hair right. I would not go here!!!!

I went to get a blonde balayage here recently by ashley. She did not listen to what I wanted at all. I walked out with dark brown hair and random orange and white streaks in my hair. I requested it be fixed but wanted me to wait 4 days but it was so bad I was not going to go to work or anywhere with this hair. I had to drop $200 to get the color of my hair fixed. She refused to give me a refund and threatened to call the cops on me for speaking out that she should pay for the damage she did to my hair. A very rude woman and she did not know how to do a balayage. Dont go here!!!!!! Worst hair I've ever had.
