Carquest didn't have wipers for RVs, but Micah suggested a place in Atkinson. He called them. Confirmed the had the wipers and asked to have them ready for me. He went above and beyond. I then had headlight issues with my jeep the next day. Again, he and the crew went above and beyond expectations. I'm very grateful for their help.”
“Give this man your gold and your fattest calf. He is God's gift to stranded vehicles. Been trying to get a tow for 4 days because severe weather has tow companies overbooked. While other companies promised to be out within the day (and failed) Hodgson came out within the hour. Excellent communication and friendly service. I was prepared to pay 2x what the other companies quoted in order to get quick service but the total cost was less than every other starting quote before mileage. Could not be more grateful. We will call them first every time we're in need of towing!”

“My Vans thermostat housing cracked when it was 15°. It was about 8:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. At 8: 55 p.m. O'Reilly staff help me put together an order to fix the radiator thermostat housing and hoses. Which entailed going through many diagrams for me to poorly explain which parts I needed. And even though I told them the incorrect parts more than once and several returns exchanges need to be made. Not once did I get the impression that I was being a burden or that I was inconveniencing anyone. Even though I clearly was asking for much more than what is required of their staff. Service like this is hard to find anywhere. Thanks again ??”
