“Give this man your gold and your fattest calf. He is God's gift to stranded vehicles. Been trying to get a tow for 4 days because severe weather has tow companies overbooked. While other companies promised to be out within the day (and failed) Hodgson came out within the hour. Excellent communication and friendly service. I was prepared to pay 2x what the other companies quoted in order to get quick service but the total cost was less than every other starting quote before mileage. Could not be more grateful. We will call them first every time we're in need of towing!”

“The best auto parts store anywhere! Micah and his crew are top notch. I was traveling cross country with the family & needed windshield wipers for our RV. Carquest didn't have wipers for RVs, but Micah suggested a place in Atkinson. He called them. Confirmed the had the wipers and asked to have them ready for me. He went above and beyond. I then had headlight issues with my jeep the next day. Again, he and the crew went above and beyond expectations. I'm very grateful for their help.”

“Super friendly staff here, my truck broke down nearby and I had to go in and out of here to replace some parts. The manager offered honest advice and knowledge about the truck and part options, and their parts are quite reasonably priced. I was in and out the whole day, at the end when they closed they came out to make sure I didnt need anything, and even offered to buy me a dinner! I politely declined because I had to be carrying on once repaired, but 15 minutes later, the lady came back and gave me a quarter pounder and a fries!!!! These are great people, I wish the team here all the best! Its really nice, and still quite rare, to work with people like this out here on the road.”

“I can not Express the exceptional service I have had with this business multiple times. I was involved in an accident with a complicated insurance claim due to the other drivers insurance lack of communication. It was a long drawn out period of time with persistent attempts on Pro/ tech to get the job done . My car was immaculate and felt like a new car after they competed their work. On the inside and outside. I was ecstatic when I picked it up.They helped me out again after VW gave me an estimate of 630$ plus the cost to paint to fix a stuck fuel door. They evaluated it and was informed that it needed a good cleaning and lubrication and NO replacement parts. They took more time to evaluate it then VW Quad cities. I was saved BIG money. I can not recommend this company enough in a small town of Geneseo. Thanks again!”
