Just stopped in to get some chicken for lunch. Stood there waiting while the women working leaned their asses against the counters and ignored me. I just left. Filled my tank elsewhere as well. Sunday, February 9th 12:00pm

Stopped fulled up. $141
Went in side for food two girls were arguing about who would make my potato bowl. Didn't get I walk out. Not something that should be done infront of customers. For who ever manager see this it's on your camera's 1/7/25 time was 17:49. Hopefully you have a meeting.

I am a truck driver and I stop here all the time and get there 3 piece chicken dark combo and never have I been up charged for the extra chicken being a leg when it says dark combo hello legs are dark meat so then because of wanting all legs I was charged for everything separately I will never stop here again and the cashier and lady that put my food together was so rude they have no business being in customer service work the only reason they got a 1 star was so I can but a review on also 4 containers of tea and not one of them had tea all empty if you are not going to do your job stay home

Whoever that rhonda girl is, is an entitled brat with no self respect . tea is not made on the weekends unless asked and a 3 pc dark combo is a THIGH AND TWO LEGS, so yes if you got three legs it wouldnt be a combo unless there was no thighs(which there was) AND she got a large side which also IS NOT A COMBO. she just left a nasty review because she didnt get her way. she threw a tantrum and started swinging her bag around like a child then walked out.

Today I stopped for the potato salad. Im not a good critic, but I would say this is probably some of the best I've tasted this far west. Everything was on point, service, smiles, convo and the chicken was pretty good.

Horrible customer service. Rude and dismissive. Don't order food here. They run out of chicken and can't fulfill orders on times they commit to.

Avoid the gaming here or you will regret it. I put over $2,000 into a game I have played all over the country. You always get a bonus eventually, even if it doesnt pay much. But not at this place. Betting MAX, my biggest hit was $36 and they had the bonus game tirned off. Never got it once in over an hour on max bet. Ive been gambling 22 years and Ive never seen anything so absolutely rigged.

I've stopped in and out of this location numerous times over the years. The thing is that this area has changed with the times. I was flipped the bird as a car turned in front of me at the light by the McDonald's. I mean the entire turn...weird. Then I go into this establishment and the guy behind the register has a confederate flag on his hat. Well I just walked back out. I was surprised a truck stop in 2022 would allow that. But their business.....

During my travels, I stopped to get gas at this location on 2/18/2023. The gas pump wouldn't work for me so I went inside and let the attendant know, he came out and checked the pump then we proceeded inside the store where I prepaid $60.00 for fuel. I returned to my vehicle started the gas pump it shut off on me at $41.47. So I returned inside and let the attendant know what had happened and if he could find out if my credit card had been charged $60.00 or $41.47, he didn't know so he requested the help of Tiffany, I suppose the shift manager. Tiffany was outside in front of the store smoking and on her phone talking/yelling, she wasn't happy to help. Tiffany had no problem letting me know in front of all the other customers that my problem was not her problem. She was of no help, very poor customer service and a very disgruntled employee!
