I tried to use the automatic car wash selected $10.00 wash, slid my card, doors would not open, now I can't get hold of then 2/20/24

Brand new automatic. Does an excellent job.12 bucks for best wash. Use it all the time. Usually busy after working hours and aroudn lunch.
