Initially I was very off-put by this store, as when I called with some questions as to what is needed to close an account due to death, the girl who answered the phone seemed to not know or be willing to seek an answer. Maybe she's newer, but her customer service seemed to be lacking that day. I called the Moline store to get my answers, but decided for sake of location, I'd still give Geneseo a try to get my needs (canceling account, pay off on phone/watch, transferring my line and getting a new phone) handled.
We worked with Emma for the duration of our visit and Emma's customer service is top tier!!! Dhe was able to quickly and efficiently handle all of mine (and my family)'s needs. I'd always used the Moline store, but for Emma's customer service alone, I will be a repeat customer of Geneseo.

I visited US Cellular in Geneseo, IL today with some questions about my phone. Paolo was very helpful and took time to explain some options to me. Another associate, Emma, also shared with me some helpful ideas. I appreciate the time and effort they put in during my visit to help me. They went above and beyond in service. Thank you!

Why do you make paying online with a prepaid so difficult?Response, I have no trouble navigating the website, ive gone to that link, same as the quick pay, but there is no set amount, and it is completely unorganized, dont blame me for having no organization in your online pay

Honestly upset and feel like this is kind of a joke. Hours need to be updated both online and on their automated phone when called if hours change. I went today and they were closed despite both their website and their automated phone when you call saying they were open. The only thing that said that they were closed was a paper on the door once you got there. I know this might sound critical but if your hours change that should not be the only place you post the change.
