We live in the out skirts of town, our mailbox has our # on it TWICE, but EVERY single package we order is not delivered correctly. Our mail is, yet somehow our packages seem to always be delivered somewhere else. And it sucks, you spend money for things that are actually a need, and then have to play a game to get on the phone with someone for them to not know where they are. Constant issue and it’s bullshit.

Don't waste your time calling.
Their auto phone system is the worst/usless! It's not that hard match the address on the envelope/package to the mailbox

It seems to be very hard for them to deliver to Geneseo Town Homes. I’ve had my mail delivered to wrong place so many times .

I’ve been here several times and staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick- even on the rare occasion that there is a line to wait in. Open hours are a bit limited because it’s a small town but that’s to be expected. My husband and I had no issues getting set up with a PO Box, were able to complete our address change with instructions from them, and we verified our ID with them and had no issues. I think this post office is great.

Sometimes they show up, sometimes we don't see our mail for 3 days. About as reliable as McDonald's ice cream machine.

My fiancé and I went to do an address change in person because it wouldn’t work for us online. We filled out the paper work and handed them our IDS to scan and got told that our mail would start going to our new home in about a week. It did until we received a letter a few days later stating our mail will be on hold because we did not validate an ID to confirm it was us making the request. What was the whole point on scanning our IDS? I’m 9 months pregnant I shouldn’t have to run around with my head cut off for a simple address change, will be sticking with our new hometown’s post office, they’re amazing!

They said that they couldn't access the delivery location so they couldn't deliver a package on a Sunday. My camera system says this is false. They never drove down the street by my house! No attempt was made to deliver. Just be honest and say they didn't want to deliver!

The best Post Office ever!! I wish all Post Offices were this friendly.Update after 7 years of living here. This post office goes above and beyond. Recently a carrier forgot to drop off my packages, but had scanned them as delivered. Naturally, I wasn’t thrilled. I called the local number for the Post Office and told them about the situation. Not more than a half hour later, the post master delivered the packages personally. This was at 6pm in the evening mind you. They were closed. That’s great customer service. Support your local PO and use them for all of your deliveries. Besides, I’ve had better luck shipping USPS vs the other guys. Faster and less expensive.

Besides the fact that the person who delivers our mail comes at times varying from 10:30 to 3, we just watched her drive through our yard to deliver a package rather than use our driveway right next to it.

I called today to simply inquire about a parcel that claimed it was delivered but it wasn't. Normally, the service at the post office is wonderful. The delivery person is nice. I was just trying to track down a claimed delivery from Amazon that I was waiting for. When I called, the man on the phone that answered claimed he couldn't answer my question and said at the end, "No I can't." was the crust of his answers, as he answered me with just that. I think he didn't want to help and its frustrating because it was a simple request to track down the parcel at their office. It's a small location, so its not like it is a BIG and GIGANTIC place. This isn't Los Angeles nor New York City where it is located. Anyway, I hope it gets delivered soon enough.
