Sign on the door should say go home and call customer service yourself because our staff knows no more than you do so we will call customer service on speaker phone in front of you. Zero help. Will never return.

Zero would be to many stars. 3 times I have been here each time they have screwed things up . So I've had to go somewhere else or call corporate.After last time I get text asking if I'm was happy with visit. I responded no no and no. I than got a text claiming to be new manager, asking what problem was and how they could help. I responded with a detailed text.it has been a month , no response. They do not listen. They lie, I know this cause I fixed problem with a call to corporateNever same workers

Website said store opens at 9am. Just there at 9:15am and doors are locked and no one around. Will NEVER use this business again. Totally wasted trip. I will never use them again.

My hotspot plan had run out of data and I needed the limit to be increased. Verizon's website was having some issues so I came in to the store to see if I could get some help in person. The guy working here was top notch! He was quite knowledgeable about Verizon's practices and resolved the issue quickly and cordially.

0/5 stars… Worst place you could possibly do business and be employed. This Geneseo Verizon is 100% definition of a revolving door for employment. I feel so bad for all of the customers because this place is extremely uncaring and poorly managed. Please think twice before getting this job as it’s my pain and suffering in the long run dealing with broken hearted customers as I wasn’t properly trained and left to still operate the store not feeling comfortable or confident with doing so. My apologies to everyone who’s had issues as well. Definitely switching back to US cellular just across the street they’re more friendly helpful and knowledgeable.
