Came in yesterday to buy something for my work. After purchase. Asked lady at register for a copy of my receipt. She said it's on your email. I explained I need a paper copy. She still wouldn't help. So I asked to return the item. I kind you not She said I can't return it because I don't have a receipt

We drive from the qc area to Geneseo because there is no hassle or drama at this location, always friendly, even when I mess something up, helpful, informative and professional without projecting stress and making you feel like you've inconvenienced them. Waiting in line either standing or drive-thru at other locations are so timely, by the time I've been waited on at other locations I can drive to Geneseo get my scripts and return home. Plus was treated as valued customer. With no hassles, and if there is a waiting line you don't wait long. It's a nice drive and a perfect town to get everything you need within a few blocks, from Walgreens, Fareway, and Walmart (small store, which is awesome), and plenty of places to chow. New China has awesome grub, pick up only though. So switch to Geneseo Walgreens, enjoy the drive. They are great people, you may get a grump every now and than, but compared to some qc area establishments, you'll handle this, no problem.

Edit: I spoke with the pharmacist about my issues and we had a nice chat. He got all my concerns addressed and promised he would take care of me in the future. I will give them another chance. I’m done with this pharmacy. First, I went an entire week without insulin because the pharmacy wouldn’t call my insurance to work it out. I called my insurance company and they gave me all the information and told me had Walgreen’s actually called they would have told them everything they told me. I was patient with them when this happened. Now, tonight when I opened my weekly trulicity I noticed they didn’t even give me the correct dose and 1/2 of what my insurance covers!

The pharmacy is only open 10-6 on weekdays *and closed all day on the weekends*. It's not even a matter of preference - I literally can't go, because they're literally *never* open when I'm not at work.

The male pharmacist here is rude. I checked out and went to the pharmacist window to speak with him. The women who had checked me out set my prescription back by him. When I asked him for it he told me he had no idea who I was. When I said my name and began to explain it was sitting back by him and I needed him to hand it to me, he proceeded to point over the woman who already checked me out and said she will handle it. He was not acknowledging what I was trying to tell him. I had to go back though line and wait another ten minutes with my cranky eight month old. Just because he wouldn’t let me speak and explain where my prescription was sat. The women at the register was very kind though.

My husband was waiting in the drive thru line and the car in front of him was at the window, it was close to 6:00pm. After the car in front pulled forward, they pulled the closed screen down while he was at the window. He said he couldnt have been treated more rudely. Needless to say, he is moving all his prescriptions tomorrow.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They could not get my prescriptions filled when they said they would be. They are short on health they would tell me they would be open and when I got there they would not be. They would tell me that I had prescriptions ready and what they were and when I got there they were not ready. I am ashamed that Walgreens is stupid, and falling this far from what they used to be. Reluctantly had to change different pharmacies now when I have them call me they already when they say they are but not Walgreens I'll never go back.

Please put the available test dates at the beginning of the questionnaire for covid testing. Why make me fill out all that info just to tell me IN THE END that the next available test date is a week away !! I would have moved on right away because I need a test TODAY to go to work not next week. You like all others just want the personal data...what a shame.

I don't understand all these negative reviews. I've lived in Geneseo for about a year and I really enjoy this store. I get a few prescriptions from the pharmacy, and while they are understaffed, they are always really friendly. Every time I visit the front counter I receive a compliment from whoever is working. Really nice store!

If I could give this pharmacy location less than one star, I would. Horrible customer service, horribly unprofessional. I feel terrible for the pharmacist, because it's all due to one full time, RUDE, mouthy tech.

Geneseo Walgreens was too busy to give me a shingles vaccine last week. The pharmacist was rude too.. Went to Moline Walgreens and they gladly gave me the vaccine. They were busy with covid vaccines too but are professional and realize their customers have other needs besides covid
