I was there on 3-11-25… I must say I love this store!! The selection of handbags was awesome. I bought my mom a Coach bag and gave it to her today 3-13-25 and she loves it so much 💕💕💕
I will definitely be back!!! (probably with my mom lol) I can’t believe how big the store is, because the outside makes it seem small. Not sure why the reviews are low rated. It’s a CONSIGNMENT STORE!! They have beautiful items at great prices what more do you want!?!? Get over yourselves people!!! This store is AWESOME. The lady working was nice and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Merchandise was unorganized and smashed together. Purses were crumpled and wrinkled from being piled on top of each other. Bad shopping experience. Uncleanly and poor quality items. Shoes were piled in a box and I’m not sure some of them even had a match.

Lady working was rude! We walk in she was on her phone then made a remark about my kids being there then just sat at the counter mean mugging us didn’t say a word the whole time we were there. They are extremely overpriced

Unfortunately the customer service was unaccommodating and quite rude. The store itself was too dark to see the items well and the overcrowding only adds to the chaos so you really can’t see what you’re getting (damages or stains). I walked out with a pair of sunglasses that were over priced which wouldn’t have been so bad if they were in better condition but once I walked out into the light I noticed all the scratches and peeling. I had even asked to see them in another mirror with better light and she was reluctant to bring another mirror to the front (it was either that option or looking at a mirror at chest level through a bunch of hanging purses, because the sunglasses “are not allowed to be moved from the area” I’ve bought here before with a decent experience but I will not return.

Lady at the front desk is very rude. The second I walked, I felt extremely unwelcome. She gave me a stare down and told me make sure your son doesn’t touch anything. I’m like what? I thought I misheard because I started walking the other way. She repeated make sure he doesn’t touch anything. So I just turned around and left. Will not be going back.

Very unpleased with this shops costumer service. The woman behind the counter never greeted us as we came in. Not only that, she eye balled us with a nasty look. We said, “thank you, have a nice day” as we were leaving… She yet again, gave us a look and did not say a word. Will not be back.

I will never drop anything off at this shop again. The owner overprices everything and you have to keep going in there every week/month because she does NOT return phone calls. Too much stuff in the store. She needs to have a gigantic clearance sale (50-75% off EVERYTHING) to get rid of all the junk in there. Used clothing shouldn't be so expensive, regardless if it's a "designer" label.

Finally Visited this shop, which I’ve driven past countless times. I stopped on a weekday morning. I was the only one in the shop. I was excited to see the very vast collection of designer handbags and whatever else the shop might offer. As I walked into the dimly lit shop, a woman was behind the counter, in front of the purses. She offered no greeting or offer to help. Since it was my first time stopping in, I decided to look around before I asked to see the purses. I ventured in about 10 steps, there are clothes and shoes abound, it’s a very compact store so it can be hard to make sense of. The first thing I noticed was a Boden jacket on top of a pile, near a rack and stack of clothes. I could sense I was being watched, the woman I saw at the counter had followed me. Instead of offering assistance or asking if I needed help, she said, those are not yet priced. And then she walked a few feet away still keeping her eyes on me. I’m sure she didn’t mean anything by thing, but it left me feeling conspicuous. I felt as if the first thing, in a jumble of things in her store I noticed, I was being scolded for looking it. There was no obvious site clothes I was looking at were not ready to be sold. They were in the middle of the store, not next to the counter. I felt really unwelcomed. I don’t expect they have booming business on a Tuesday morning so I was really surprised to not feel more welcomed or appreciated. I will not be going back. I realize out of context, my experience seems easily forgivable but it was the feeling of not being welcomed or appreciated as a potential customer and more so, being watched so throughly, as if her stock was incredibly precious to her and needed to be guarded from me.
