I had the same incident that happened to me at this location . I’ve spent a few hundred dollars on clothing . Unfortunately, I had to exchange a pair of leggings for a different size. The manager looked over the garment , inspected it as though she had a magnifying glass, she asked if I wore it , I told her why would you ask me a question like that , clearly you can see the item still has a tag. I did ask for the district managers number , called and left a message, but no return phone call.This store is brand new to the Geneva Commons location, and the cliental that shops in the store are honest, loyal and love the store. But, when the store manager micromanages returns and make women feel as though they are thief’s for returning, or exchanging, I can guarantee your store will have negative reviews.Please talk to the managers and be consistent on your return or exchange policy.
