I had a great experience here! I've been looking for a bra that fits for years, but trying to find one on my own was frustrating. I spent a lot of time ordering bras online, trying them on, and having to return them for one reason or another. After a wonderful fitting session with JoAnn, I now have 3 bras that fit, and I'm looking forward to going back for more. I highly recommend this boutique--they know what they're doing!

What an odd experience for a bra fitting today. For a little backstory I'm 38 and looking to have a proper fit and have everything where it needs to be. As most woman can sympathize, I am self conscious about the size of my chest and the extra weight that may show around the bra band. I recently loss some weight so wanted to be refit. I am normally been between a 34/36 D. I was told today I was a 32F. The size didn't worry me but what concerned me was the fit was so uncomfortable that at least 6 out of the 8 bras I tried on I had half my back fat or side boob popping out of the bra. Now again I am no expert and kept telling the woman I am not being difficult but I am not comfortable with having this much hanging over the bra. Each time I was left with a blank stare and a response that was basically well this is your size. I feel if I'm in a position where I am all out there I would hope to have some kind of support from the store associate to feel more confident. I then explained to her sure I probably could squeeze into smaller pants or tops but it doesn't mean it will look good with a muffin top hanging over my pants. I left the store ordering a $115 bra because I felt like I had to not because I loved it. I had high hopes that I would leave the store feeling great but left with confusion and the feeling that I was in the wrong for not accepting the associate's recommendation.

They are very knowledgeable about properly fitting you for your right size, and good supportive bra.
Before I found Bare Moxie, it was so hard to find a good place that actually knew how to measure women properly for a bra, and at the same time have amazing customer service with a nice selection of very beautiful bras with good support.
I worked with Sonja who was very respectful, attentive, patient, and skilled in knowing how to measure me properly!
In addition the store is very clean, and decorated beautifully which, makes it feel like you're going to a spa!
I felt very relaxed with the whole atmosphere, which helped me to feel comfortable trying on different style bras.
If you're looking for a place that knows how to measure you properly for fitting you with a bra then, look know other place, and come experience what Bare Maxie has to offer you.
Their not just trying to sell you a bra!
They sincerely want to make sure that I walk out with properly fitting bra!
It's easy making an appointment, and are very accommodating with free shipping of an item that you order from them!
Also they are very fair with returns!
Since, Schwartze's closed down, Bare Maxie has been such a wonderful blessing.
I don't know if you guys remember Schwartze's in Wilmette but, they were the last known place in Illinois to specialize in measuring bras properly.
Since then, I've hadn't any other place that could replace them until I found Bare Moxie.

Visiting from Texas I had to make a trip to Bare Moxie on small business Saturday. Sonja always helps me find the perfect fit to meet my needs. I love the variety of items in the store. One of bras I liked was not the size and color but no trouble here, Bare Moxie ordered the item for me. Worth the trip!

Sonja, your (AMAZING) Awesome customer service by the way. You made my bra fitting experience so wonderful. You taught me how a bra is suppose to fit and I can't thank you enough for that. Great service! Worth every penny to have a fitting and selection from an "bra expert".The dress I chose for my daughter's summer wedding definitely needed a specialized undergarment. The bra I ordered online was a waste of money and was not going to work. I walked in and in less than 20 minutes walked out with the perfect bra that fit under the dress.Please ladies, do yourself a favor and make stop to Bare Moxie before buying something online. The expert service ànd fit will be worth your time and money!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I really like this place the first time I went there. I called to get some information They said the Answering machine indicated they were were busy and they would call me back. I also told them I had on another customer for them. It was my daughter. I receive no call back so after a few days, I called again. Still no call back I just decided I'll give them another chance I called when they opened figuring that someone would answer. They did not. I left another message, and still no call back. If it's their business model, I need to go to school again
