This place used to be good, not anymore. Went in for a garage door opener battery. Bought my old battery from them as well. I was charged $12.99 for “tech service” to slide on two plastic connectors I could have done my self. They soldered my old battery terminals in the past for free when purchasing a battery. Then another customer walks in buys $60 worth of batteries and was offered 10% off. I paid the same amount and was offered $0. Not about the money just the feel of getting ripped off by these guys in front of your face. Won’t be back.

As someone mentioned, I heard a while back they replaced key fob batteries and are way cheaper than dealership prices! I got here regularly for this
Had 2 of mine taken care of this time and I'll never go anywhere else (sadly the shop in Sycamore closed) and was just my 2nd time at the Geneva location.
Mike was a great help and gave excellent service.
My son was home from college (& w/me). He's a photographer for his college paper. His camera battery had swollen and would not eject. The Internet was contradictory and useless. The camera repair shop was next stop, but thought I'd give Bat+ a try.
Mike and Orion gave it a try and despite it's extreme difficulty were able to fix it! Orion did it! Saved us a ton of $
Again, great service! Mike was personable & knowledgable and Orion was a wizard....good selection of other goods there too. Thanks guys!

Went in because my iPhone 13 was not charging and was told I was getting no power through my phone. They took a flashlight to look at my port and told me I couldn’t do anything and I had to get a new charging port. I went home to later figure out from my brother, that there had just been a lot of lint packed up in it. After I took the lint out of my phone it was charging perfectly fine. This would have been a 1 star if they had the iPhone 13 charging ports in stock.

Needed the battery on my Galaxy replaced. I've done this in the past myself, but it's a pain and requires specialized tools to do the job right. I found my local Batteries Plus is an authorized service center (important, I wanted brand-name replacement parts), and I could schedule my service. To my amazement they were ready when I arrived, dropped the phone off, went to the gym, came back and it was 100% fixed and ready. So simple.
