It was returned to me totally detailed, I can't remember ever seeing it so clean since I've bought it new. Even though my bike is nearing 20 years old they got it shifting and running smooth. “I recently visited Pedal & Spoke with the intention of buying a Yakima hitch extender, but ended up leaving with a Specialized bike for my wife as well. While I initially came in just for the hitch extender, I was so impressed by the shop’s selection and pricing that we decided to explore bikes. We found a Specialized bike that offered excellent value for its weight and it came with hydraulic brakes. The price was unbeatable, making it a no-brainer for us to make the purchase. After we bough the bike I put the extender on at home and noticed the fit wasn't right for my Wrangler. This wasn't a problem for this shop. They happily accepted my return and advised on a better alternative that worked! I was able to get the Kuat Hi-Lo Pro. I couldn't be more satisfied.

“Very friendly staff and tidy bike shop. I stopped there after a bike ride to get my brakes replaced, picked it up the next day, very fast service!
They had group bike rides every Thursday, too, that looked fun (over for the season now) and a cute little bakery shop serving limited items.
I also had a friend who rented a bike from here and she loved her service as well!”
