Do NOT even bother coming here, only 1 cashier with a long line! After waiting 30 mins in line, I left! Terrible!

This review is for a specific employee! I don’t exactly recall her name but I believe it was Holias. She was super sweet and helpful. Didn’t feel rushed at all and took her time to find a solution with my returns. I felt non judged and welcome. Thank you so much :)

I was able to purchase 3 adult winter coats and a pair of boots for a little over $100! The only downside was that there was only one person working the register two days after Christmas.

Good store, went on a Sunday night so was kinda messy and not much left in stock but friendly associates and overall good store. This is a pretty nice area if you are from out of town.

Terrible service, one of the worst. A man removes the carts that one was carrying, he doesn’t care if they have clothes or things, he takes them without asking anything. They must fire him or take action with him because he takes the carts.

First time in this Burlington store and I must say it was MESSY AND DIRTY! Then at checkout I simply told the cashier I will purchase a bag I do not want the plastic bags( doing my part to save the Earth) as I picked out my bag he proceeded to put my clothes in the plastic bag I repeated myself once again (employee only responded with noises mmmm never spoke maybe he has medical issues not sure but definitely not professional by not speaking)and the manager stepped in and sarcasticly asked me if I would like to return my items because he would not want me unhappy. How stupid of a manager instead he should have said I am sorry about that let me put your clothes in the bag you are holding BUT I LEFT WITH MY CLOTHES IN 2 PLASTIC BAGS. So the take away here is that management does not care and the employees attitude and the stores appearance reflects it! JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS BURLINGTON HAS AN AUTOMATIC RESPONSE NO CARES AND I DEFINITELY FELT THAT AT THIS BURLINGTON! And still might return my items at this Burlington just because I shouldn't be supporting a store that does not care and OBVIOUSLY doesn't need my business as the manger offered a return we will see in 29 days?

Girl at the checkout was doing the absolute most to not help the young man ringing everyone out and he was originally marking stuff down came to help her then she left him in the dust to hang hangers in the check lane where everyone in the line could see and literally spin in circles. Management got to do better on coaching to get customers out with some sort of sense of urgency.

Never had a problem returning perfume that is still in its packaging today I was told I could not return it even if it was still in its original packaging I could understand if it was not in the original packaging but it is . So be aware do not buy any perfume from this store because even if you decided you did not want it you won’t be able to return it even if it’s in the original package dang perfume is still wrapped my son just went with a different option for school now I’m stuck with a bottle of cologne that no one is going to use. Crazy part of all this no where on the receipt or in store it says we can not return cologne and the cashiers refuse to get a manager for me. If they would have said hey just so you know we do not take cologne or perfume back it’s non refundable I would have said no on the cologne since my son was not sure what he wanted to use for school mostly for after gym class.
