  What great customer service we've received from Stephanie J at this location! 😀 In September, Stephanie helped us choose a sofa recliner for our home. She listened to our needs and wishes and then directed us to a modern design that was perfect. We returned today to use the gift coupons from our September purchase. Stephanie helped us choose bedding sheets, duvet covers and pillows. She showed how to choose two brands with colors that complemented each other. In both shopping experiences, we appreciate how everything was completed efficiently from ordering, placing back orders, and delivery.

  Love the products and designs/aesthetic here and we frequently find great stuff here but the customer service can be very hit or miss—especially when it comes time to check out. On multiple occasions now, I’ve been directed to other cash wraps where no associate can be found and I’m ignored while associates are visible chatting.
  
  Also, do not call people “sir” or “miss” and assume their gender. It is 2024 and I’m non-binary. This has happened repeatedly on recent visits and makes for an unpleasant customer experience.

  Very disappointed with the service at this location. Purchased a duvet cover. Used it once and the fabric came unstitched. Brought the item back and was told they couldn’t help me. I was told to go to a dry cleaner and have them sow it together. Given the circumstances I will be taking my business elsewhere and would highly recommend purchasing with caution. They don’t stand behind their products.

  Anxious associates! Especially very unprofessional attitude from Sabine been received today! The choice to solve our return/exchange concern on the item I bought there been toxic and irritative - seems associates get negative points from management if customer returns item through them… Definitely buy online and never go to that location if you need to go to the store!

  We recently purchased a dining room table and had an excellent experience with the Assistant Store Manager, Erin B. She was amazing with her customer service skills, helping us match our own chair, and then to our surprise she even carried out our own chair for us. We had a small bump in the road with our delivery and she took care of that too. Erin handled all of this with genuine care and an enthusiastic attitude! It's not just the sale, but the service with the sale that made our experience amazing!

  I’m in the middle of a renovation and decided to go to here for some inspo and to make a purchase on small kitchen appliances and /or lighting.The floor is spacious and full of furniture displays as well as other household items. It’s a joy to roam. I did buy a toaster oven however, the midday staff was too overbearing for me . I stated I was in the middle of a renovation and they still persisted to talk about the offers and availability on furniture that I’m clearly not ready to purchase . Let your customers breath and get comfortable instead of constantly bothering us with a new a associate every five minutes . In the end I bought a toaster oven so my cabinet can be built accordingly. Sale was simple and even included a move in discount ! This would be 5 stars if I didn’t feel overwhelmed by sales people.
