Do not shop here if you like to return items and get your money back. Wanted to return two sundresses which were overpriced to get my money back. Should not need to pay $200 for two dresses. They refuse and will not accept returns. Won’t be shopping there again

Stopped I to look for a birthday gift for a friend, lots of cute items in the window. Looked around a bit and was politely asked if I was Looking for anything special and I said I was just admiring their cute items. Found what I wanted for my friend and some thing I liked for myself. Really pleasant conversation while checking out. Looking forward to going back.

I love shopping at this boutique, I’m always pleasantly surprised at what I find. They have cute clothing items and home decorations that I can’t find at other stores. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well.

Stumbled into Edie while waiting for a dress fitting appointment down the street because we had some time to kill. This boutique is super cute & the staff is really nice! I instantly eyed a quilted purse that I thought was so adorable. I bought one for myself and one for my mom. I ended up coming back a week later for another one in a green color I loved it so much. The only thing that is kind of disappointing is that they won't hold anything for you if you call and ask. I live a few towns over and was afraid the green one might not be there by the time I was able to to back to the store, but it ended out working out.

Visiting from out of town. Purchased a pair of jeans. Of course they look great in the mirrors in the store but got them home and realized they are incredibly unflattering. Returned today before I headed back out of town only to be told I could only have a store credit. Was told that this is their policy but of course it was not mentioned as I checked out when I bought them. They pointed to a sign behind them at the register as if every customer reads all the signs behind registers when they are checking out. I commented that I find this to be a very poor business practice. They were unwilling to make any exceptions even though I do not live in the area.

On a very rainy Saturday morning I walked into Edie’s in Geneva, I seriously needed an update but wanted to look appropriate for my age & I needed to get a gift for my 12 year old granddaughter… no problem, mission accomplished! Julie, Betsy & Francesca made it fun, between laughs & really trying to help me within my budget I got a V.cool skirt for my granddaughter, gorgeously wrapped, with steam bombs for fun & the minute I saw Julie in those great sunny chinos I made them mine. No pressure , lots of laughs & great fashion! Edie’s my new go to

Love this store- lots of unique and trendy items- jewelry too! The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful! The only negative is closing at 6- hard to get there after work.

Sooooo expensive. Found a few things to try on but the quality is not great, things that you would find at Marshall’s. And we found a basic tank top that was priced at $88!!!! I could not believe the prices lol. I wouldn’t mind paying more if the quality was better- like linen and organic cotton pieces or handmade etc. Some of the dressing rooms don’t even have full length mirrors which I was sort of confused by bc I like to see my full body when trying on. Staff was nice and friendly. I was also wondering why they close at 6pm on a Friday night! That should be a night you stay open until at least 8-9pm to get a ton of foot traffic?
