I love Francesca’s and have shopped the brand for YEARS. It’s my favorite. I was happy to find out there was a store closer to me so I checked out the Geneva location. Store manager barely acknowledged me but acknowledged the two white women in the store, and I had to help myself to a dressing room in the meantime. I was going to purchase some dresses but was BARGED IN on in the fitting room (closed curtain) while I was naked. The employee never knocked or asked if I was in there, either, although the drawn curtain should’ve been explanation enough. Extremely embarrassing on top of being ignored. I walked out. I will only be going to the Naperville and Oakbrook locations from here on out.

came in may 12th around 3-5, staff was so awesome! didn’t catch her name but she had a chunky necklace and a cowboy boot tattoo, was super friendly and helpful!

Eva and Samantha are always so helpful and fun to talk to when I come in and shop. This is by far my favorite Francesca’s location. They also have a huge variety of product and sizes.

samantha i think her name was (says on the receipt at least) was the most unpleasant and rudest person i have ever come across. not sure if it was because of my ethnicity or because she was upset at the fact that she was burned to a crisp or just flat out hated her job. she seemed to be the only one there and if i were management, would definitely not trust her to be there alone especially with the way she handles customers.

The store manager here is awesome! Super efficient, nice, and she has excellent customer service skills.
However, when I came by on Friday this past weekend, the cashier who was working was, out of nowhere, extremely rude. It was a young girl at the register. She greeted me when I came in, but when I asked her if I could use the fitting room, she just rolled her eyes and curtly said, "yeah." I was caught off-guard by her blunt rudeness. Shortly after, I asked her a question, and AGAIN, she rolled her eyes and curtly said, "yeah." This incident completely shut down my shopping experiencing, so I left.

Had an unpleasant visit. The girl working last night was super unfriendly and followed me outside pretending to throw her cup away as she left other customers in the store because she was so worried about me. I will be getting my money back and will not be returning to this location. Discrimination at its finest and what a hater of a girl.

Usually I am pleased with my affordable finds at Francesca's but along with several other unimpressed yelpers, the shop closed early! The business profile on Yelp says it's open until 9...but their website says they're open until 8...today they closed at 6pm. Pretty flakey...they really need to update their hours on these platforms and then remain open until actual close. I am pretty disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Been here 2 times , and that was due to the fact that all other Italian restaurant did not have any open tables . Each time the food was very disappointing. The last time the pasta in my dish was still very hard and not cooked properly. Will not be giving this place another chance .

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I was there on Saturday wanting to return something. The girls that were there told me they could only give me store credit if they can look it up in my account which I was totally fine with. So I gave them my phone number to look up my return since I didn't have a receipt. They found one of the dresses I returned and then she said the money was going back on my card. I told her I want the store credit without even giving me an option she does whatever she wants to and hands me the receipts. I really wish I was told what was going on with my transaction before you processed the return. Both girls had no idea what they were doing. I was told since it's past 21 days I would get store credit but I really don't know how or what card my money went back to. I hope this store really gets it together. I am a regular shopper and go there at least 3 times a month but now I definitely have to think twice before I go there.
