This is a store for Warhammer and it's tabletop games and paints. Plenty of people to chat with regularly on the weekends.

Went in to grab some models, and Harrison was helpful and good to chat with. Will definitely swing by again when I'm out that way.

Called this store and phone was answered quickly. I asked the employee if certain citadel paint was available and he verified it was. I went to the location and was greeted quickly, I asked the employee about a figure project I was doing and he assisted me on recommendations and choose colors that would help bring the project to life. Will be back again. Thank you.

Checked the hours online and saw that the store opens at 11am on Wednesdays. I left an hour early for work so that I can stop here for an hour on the way (this is about 30 minutes from my house). Got here at 12 and it was locked with no one inside. Door said hours are 11:00 - 3:00 and then 3:30 - 7:00. No other notice on the door. No one there. Waited 30 minutes cause I had nothing better to do and no one ever came. I understand if it isn't a normal occurance like a holiday that it wouldn't be updated online, but there wasn't even a notice on the door...

Harrison is amazing. His customer service skills are top notch and he is always willing to discuss the games and models sold by his store. He is always very patient with people new to the hobby and will take the time to play a short learning game.

Went to store at 12:30 PM
Door locked, no one in store.
No notice of closing.
This seems to be a common occurrence with games workshop.

I've been going here on a fairly regular basis since it opened in 2004 and let me tell you, it has seen a steep decline in the last 5 years. Ben, the initial manager was great. Not only did he have unmatched expertise in the products he was selling, but he also exuded the most heartfelt, warm atmosphere, with positive energy and an enthusiastic willingness to connect with his customers. After he left about 5 years ago, Jason came on and he was a really chill dude. Super knowledgeable and helpful, although he didn't have quite the same energy. My biggest problem with him was when I would swing by on my way home from work on a bit of a time crunch knowing full well that I would be avoiding his lunch break, I would show up to find he had gone to lunch 15-20 minutes early, so I'd leave empty handed. On one occasion, I watched him approach and lock the door as I was parking my car, noting that it was 20 minutes until the lunch break closure posted on the sign out front. I went up and tried the door, and I could see him inside but once again left with nothing. The new manager Harrison constantly tries to upsell me and NEVER has paints I need or other things that should be in stock. He says he doesn't have space for every color of paint despite there being two slots allocated to several paints with like a single pot in each one. ? He will say they're web order only and then I'll go down to Grognards and immediately find it in stock for cheaper. That has happened at least 4 times. Will not be going back. He also didn't have dice for a certain army from the release until weeks after, so I went to the parking lot and hopped on ebay to buy them brand new for $6 cheaper. I honestly don't know how this store is still open. Minimal gaming space, pushy manager with limited stock who doesn't even know how to play two of the bigger games, everything listed for MSRP when you can just get the stuff for the same price on their website or cheaper at other local game stores

Sadly we won’t be going back. While I was there with my son he accused him of stealing a $20 miniature.

The ultimate coolest game store in the area. If you've never been then do yourself the favor and pop in. Don't say I didn't warn you though, because you're going to get addicted. Warhammer is the coolest game and hobby out there. It's basically a physical manifestation of D&D
