The clothes were abused, damaged. We are profusely disappointed. Never experienced such before.

They completely ruined my 2-year-old linen drapes. While they went through the risks of cleaning them, I did not anticipate they wouldn't take care not to leave an absolutely huge burned brown mark right in the front of them. Don't advertise drapery cleaning and accept them if you KNOW you're going to ruin them.

Exceptional service was given for my comforter. Geneva Cleaners gave this item tender care and sturdy wrapping in an zippeted plastic bag of thick texture gir safekeeping. Excellent!!!!
