After a couple of so-so haircuts, I was considering going someplace else but decided I would try once again since I had so many great haircuts in the past at this location. I wasn’t disappointed! Carolina did a wonderful job! She was meticulous and precise. Her attention to detail and pleasant conversation restored my confidence. I will be back.

I moved to Saint Charles three years ago. I’ve been going to this location multiple times I will never ever step foot in this location again. The lady was rude and had a major attitude on the phone at 9:03 in the morning. I just had a question to ask about a coupon for 999 and instead of using that, I actually went to a small mama pop shop and paid $20 for the haircut still cheaper, but this is not the way you treat your loyal customers

They never listen and cut my hair like I want. This last time I said don’t cut the top, I’m letting it grow so I can comb it back. Hair was 7”, she cut it anyways down to 1” before I could react. Never going there again!

Had a problem there today and left without a haircut. A few hours later an area supervisor called me to apologize for what happened. I will go back.the supervisor made me feel like a valued customer.
