In one word, she was PHENOMENAL! Best experience I have ever had at Great Clips! She should be cloned.
TBH, I was visiting a friend in Chicago so this isn't my normal store (I live in Phoenix, AZ). Wish she was available in Scottsdale, AZ! I'd sure make a point to go in when she is working.

Great for easy kids cuts. But beware of other services. My husband came in for a beard trim, just wanting someone who might be able to clean it up a bit so it didn't look so scraggly. It went from a 3-4 inch long beard to being no longer than a half inch, uneven cheeks, and looking NOTHING like the picture he showed. He had to go home and fix it and resist the urge to just shave it all off. He asked before he ever sat down in the chair if they were able to do what he wanted, they should have been honest and just said no.

I have been going to this great clips for 2 years now. I have used both Aida and Sylvia. Sylvia goes out of her way to be kind and caring! Aida often makes you wait while she's eating and does her dishes, and in my opinion that should be done after the customers. Customer should always come first! I went yesterday to get my routine trim and Aida texted me that she would be working. I showed up around 5:00 p.m. to sit and wait with another gentleman for over 30 minutes while Aida was busy coloring her own hair. Sylvia was cutting another man's hair, while Aida was coloring her own hair during her work hours. Never in a million years should customers wait because the employers are coloring their own hair. I finally gave up and walked out the door and I will not go back to her. Overall, she has always done an okay haircut for me.... Not great but not terrible, but I will never see her again and she should be reprimanded for these unprofessional actions. I do find Sylvia to be very professional and Isabel is great as well! My one star is for the lack of professionalism of what happened last evening. Behavior like that should never occur in any type of workplace!

Carmen absolutely rocked it. She was kind and helped lead me to the best style for my hair type. No wait to get an appointment and very friendly and capable staff. Also non-gendered pricing for my men’s cut makes me happy. I often am charged more because women’s haircuts tend to be priced differently despite my having very short buzzed hair. Loved it and would recommend.
Hair type: I have very thick wavy dirty blonde hair and wear it very short.
Stylist: Carmen did great!

I have been a customer of Great Clips in Geneva for more than 7-years and it’s an excellent place to get a haircut! The stylist I go to does an incredible job with my haircut every time, she is always professional, friendly and has a warm approach as do all the staff!

The stylist was confused about my coupon code. I don't know why. they finally figured it out. Sat in the chair and the girl dipped the scissors she had just used on someone in some solution for 2 seconds. Like that will disinfect it. Bad experience. Not going back. Very unprofessional.

Online check-in save some time. Your hair preferences are available at any of the great clip branch. Overall, it's a decent place to get the hair cut.
