“I have never been a huge fan of group exercise classes, and was extremely hesitant to try Orangetheory. From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell this place was different. From the overwhelming support and encouragement from not only coaches, but other members as the in the moment coaching on proper form, I couldn’t ask for a better place to become a better me! They really do believe on building each other up! I’ve gained so many friendships here and have gained so much confidence not only physically, but mentally as well. Highly highly highly recommend!!”
“Edit to add: Went back again when I was in town and joined the classes. I had a lot of fun. Everyone is so nice…members and coaches. The partner workouts were great. It’s now my home away from home. I will be back every time I visit family.
Original review: What an amazing place! Very welcoming staff and members. I was in town visiting family and dropped in for the week during open gym. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town.”
“Love this place so much! Can’t express my gratitude for this amazing establishment. People here are great and learned a lot. This helped me get playing time for the freshman baseball team! Love it with all of my heart!”

“Delnor Hospital Fitness Center is professional, friendly, and clean for a health club. I joined in spring of 2025 and since then, the pool has been drained, cleaned, painted, and basketball court has been sanded, coated with freshly painted lines. The health/fitness center is up to date and have good management/budgeting with keeping the facility looking good.”

“The facility is always clean, the front desk person is very friendly and most importantly the classes are amazing!! The classes are challenging but also accommodating for everyone.”
“Spenga is fantastic for all ages and levels of fitness. The instructors are all welcoming, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate modifications. 20 mins of cycling in the dark with awesome playlists followed by 20 minutes of alternating strength moves and then 20 min of yoga. The format is fantastic and keeps workouts from getting old. It’s up to you to determine how hard you want your workouts to be. Definitely take advantage of some free classes to check it out!”
