“I just left this location with my husband. Upon walking in the manager, John, greeted us right away and asked if he could help us find anything. As soon as I explained the protein supplement I needed, he grabbed it off the shelf for me right away, and didn't try to upsell me which was nice and took the pressure off of shopping around after. My husband made a comment on the price difference between the Total War preworkout on their shelf versus what is sold at a competitor and John provided intelligent feedback on why that might be and went above and beyond to check the product details and what ingredients might be adjusted for them to sell it as a smaller margin. Upon finding out the ingredients were the same, John offered a deal and provided amazing customer service, which is why we will continue to drive the distance from Montgomery to this location for our supplements in the future!! Thank you John, and the owner who has kept this place going for 20+ years. We appreciate you!!”

“Great supplements from a plant l toured pre covid and it was SO clean! It gave me confidence in their NOW products. Great expert presentations especially by woman with her MA in nutrition. Batavia store has management that runs hot and cold so l sometimes prefer Lombard store instead. I'm very friendly and it seems misinterpreted in Batavia, which is annoying bc l spend alot of money there monthly. Always be friendly to your customers and consistently as that builds loyalty.”

“During fall and wintertime, I usually shop a couple times a week picking up the hot deli chicken noodle soup, which seems to be one of your better selling soups. It is delicious but most of the time I have to almost empty the kettle into one large container. By the time I’m finished, their’s not enough soup for the next customer. A few times when the kettle is completely empty, I’ll ask one of your deli personnel to please refill it, which sometimes takes a few minutes, or they will direct me to your prepackaged cold containers in the refrigerator, but I would prefer the hot soup in the kettle. I have noticed your deli personnel checking the temperatures of the kettles, but if they could also make an extra effort to refresh the chicken noodle soup more often, it would be appreciated. Thanks, and your cashiers are awesome.”
