“Rosewood supplied our cabinets and counter tops. It was a big project and they were up to the task. There was some mis-communication issues at some times, but they did a great job resolving them with us in mind. They have been very responsive in coming back in to fix/re-adjust cabinets. Some of the best pricing as well. I will use them for further projects”

Chad Fuko - very professional, knew his product thoroughly. Chad took one look at my faucet picture and said “Devonshire - $381.29” I never thought I was going to find my 16-year old faucet. Chad nailed it in 1 minute. Two forms filled out via email, and I had my faucet - and a very happy wife. Doesn’t get any better than that.”

“I have been to many Home Depots and this was the only place that ppl actually asked me if I needed help 5x before I got to where I needed to be. Every other Home Depot the staff avoid Eye contact, stand around talking in groups and act like you're bothering them when you do ask for help. Keep up the Great Work Guys! I will drive the extra 15 miles to you every time.v”
“John and Tony, who drive the forklift in the yard, were very helpful to me. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. I needed a total of 34 bags of river rock loaded into my car, which I could never have done on my own. Very grateful they were there and so willing to help. Please add Luke to the list of good guys who know what they’re doing and provide great help when you need it.”
“I would like to thank Serena at store # 1957 for her kindness and help. I was complaining to my husband as we walked around the store and needing help and the only help we got from a guy sitting down with no customers is a finger point, then when I returned with more questions he just remained seated and pointed to another place for me to look, I just feel he should have gotten up and showed me. Once I got to the garden area there was a super helpful employee named Serena who whent above and beyond what was asked. We payed for mulch and was told to pick up outside and just drive up and load into car, well we discovered they did not have our mulch outside so parked and went back in with a cart to load up our bags from inside the store instead and she offered to go get it for us. Super helpful and kind. These kind of employees need to be recognized and compensated.”
