Had a 12 year old couch and loveseat I had bought from North Carolina that was beaten down by years of use. The cushions were so squishy and flat it was a challenge to get up. Isaac’s has completely transformed it and made it even better than it was. Yvette was an absolute dream to work with. She listened to what we wanted and narrowed down fabrics for us to look at and we love what we ended up choosing. Pick up and delivery were seamless and those guys were terrific as well. The price was probably the same or less than if we had gotten new pieces at Crate and Barrel or Room and Board, but the quality of what we ended up with was far superior to new items from those stores. I highly recommend Isaac’s and plan to use them again!

Isaac's is wonderful. They were very communicative and their work is impeccable! My old formal living room furniture (sofa, wingback and two side chairs) can acually be used again. It is updated and just gorgeous. I am so happy with the outcome. Trust them!

I am disappointed with Isaac's Upholstery. Admittedly my Ekornes Stressless recliners with ottomans have a lot of detail, but the fit of the new fabric is loose & sloppy looking on some areas of the chairs. I should have been notified of the difficulties Isaac's was having with the upholstery. Instead, they just delivered them to me without a word of explanation. Their response to my concerns was maybe the wrinkles would look better with time. The best they could do is a $200 discount on a $3,300 invoice. I didn't accept their offer. I just wanted my chairs to look closer in fit & finish to what I gave them.

We had outdoor furniture cushions made and we are so happy with them! Yvette was so nice and helpful and took her time with us helping pick out the fabrics. They are very dependable and once our fabric came in, the cushions were done in 3 days and the furniture was delivered back to our house.The end result was beautiful. Would highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

I can not express my satisfaction enough! Yvette was amazing! From start to finish she spent a lot of time helping me choose the fabric which “spoke” to me! The quality of the fabric and impeccable reupholstered finished product! I highly recommend Isaac’s!!

I used Isaac’s several years ago and had a great experience so when I needed a new cushion made I headed back to their store in Geneva. Once again, they did a beautiful job. Cushion is perfect and beautifully made, Yvette had great ideas and it was completed exactly on time. Another great experience!! Thank you!
