I love J. Jill, but at this particular store there is a lady with page-boy style brown hair and big bags under her eyes who follows me and gives me the eye like I'm a shoplifter. I can have my arms full and the other associates help me, but she picks and chooses who she helps. It's so weird because I don't get this at the other stores and I frequently shop J. Jill and have purchased a ton of items in the past. I've gone to this store several times, but she makes me feel so uncomfortable that I won't be returning.

Beautiful store with a great selection, but not worth the aggravation.I hesitated leaving this review since all of the salespeople are so helpful and friendly, with the exception of one. She is rude and pushy, which I overlooked, but my last visit there was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting.She started following me around the store staring as if I were going to steal something.She made me feel so uncomfortable thati ended up leaving without purchasing my dressesI have shopped at this location at least once a month and spend a lot each visit.I don’t know what her problem was, but It was humiliating having to deal with such a rude individual.I filed a complaint with corporate and will not return to that location again!
