Walked in with no plan, just a problem.
I’m headed to Napa Valley for a business function and needed to dress to impress: resort elegant, resort casual, business casual — all of it.
This is a bougie event way above my pay grade, meeting people who don’t know I don’t dress like this every day.
Renée walked right up and asked how she could help.
I told her I was looking for clothes, and she took me on a 90-minute experience, showing me everything they had.
It was wonderful.
I walked out with a good amount of outfits, lots of versatility, and I’ll definitely be back.

Great service, low pressure buying environment. I think they used to be commissioned based and feel like that was not the case at all with today’s purchase and shopping experience. Will definitely be back! Store reps Sophia and Aiden did a great job.

The employees at this location are beyond rude. Went in with a group of friends to try on suits for my buddy’s wedding coming up. First they greeted us with hostility because we did not have an appointment. We were simply browsing the selection to see which option would be best. The employee then pulled the groom aside and continued to talk bad about the other groomsmen. Another employee walked up to the group of groomsmen and was talking bad about the groom. After the horrible service we left and took our business elsewhere. I would recommend using an AI chatbot to get better help than going to this store and talking to the employees.

Service was absolutely terrible. The staff were extremely rude and belittled me and my party. They called one of my groomsmen fat and claimed we had no idea what we were doing or what we wanted. That was the purpose of us going was to see suits and find out which one works best. Would not recommend using this location at all.
