They call you with a door
Come back out to road and down to gate 1
Back into your door
Get loaded
Walk down to traffic office when they call for your bills
Restroom and vending machines in traffic office
Arrived at 1200
App 1400
Received bills 1445

To be honest after all these bad reviews I was scared to send my driver here, but in the end I was pleasantly surprised. Checked in , got the dock wright away and they loaded my driver in two hours which is great loading time for a reefer trailer.

Appointment at 9:00am, checked in 8:18, got a dock door 8:37, finished 9:42, relatively speedy process, lots of room to park, clean restroom would like to go back thank you

Oddly shaped, long and narrow lot. Check in at third gate via QR code on sign. They'll call with dock assignment, then pick up bills from shipping office in the middle of the building, where there is a bathroom and vending machines. They've been better on average, time wise. Usually not there for much more than an hour of late

There is a staging area to park for observation, preparing, planning, paperwork after you ative and before departure
The shipping staff is reasonable but don't expect much more than just getting a job done
par for the course
The warehouse staff are pretty quick professional to load well I haven't had any weight distribution problems or over long waiting times

They weight is not accurate. I can haul 44500 but their 42600 was 80250 with 3/4 tank.

Easy check-in, quick unloading, and friendly staff. Appt - 7 am, showed up - 5.30, Empty- 7.30.

Why do you have us precool the trailer, then make us leave them open 1-2 hours before you decide to open your doors and start loading us. Why does your dock hand then get all but 1 pallet loaded and decide to go on lunch? It’s 98 degrees outside and the trailer is reading 69 degrees because the doors are open well your employee is on lunch. Use some common sense. Don’t have us open the doors till you’re ready to start loading. The load needs to be -10 do better please, common sense goes along way

Paper work took longer than the loading. It’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting for a phone call to get my paper work.

Good thing about this places is that you can park there o/n limited and check in process is super easy , bad thing is that it not worth arriving early had a 12:30 pm appt arrived at 9:30 am didn’t get called until 1:00 pm to a door and got finished loading and paperwork in hand at 3:00 pm also had to comeback and get reworked because of overweight on trailer axel had to run more then 30 miles to a cat scale(don’t know if there is a scale closer to this place) came back at 5 pm and they finally got me out at 9 pm
