I have used this cleaners in the past and thought they seemed fair. But I was charged over $200 for altering of a dress! When I called a few shops to compare alteration prices, Mill creek cleaners was definitely higher. Charging over $200 seems very unreasonable. It cost as much as the dress! I would try calling around and get other quotes, before using this cleaners.

Great customer service! Woman at the counter is always very nice, tailoring service is good quality also.

Getting dry cleaning done in a new town is always somewhat an apprehensive experience for me, as I have had a variety of things ruined around the US. I was pleasantly surprised by this cleaner. First off, the lady was super friendly and reassuring. Another plus was her place was meticulously clean and well organized shop; I felt was a good sign. Secondly, I got a few suits done and a weeks worth of dress shirts for 1/3 off of what I just had paid in Minneapolis, MN. Lastly, the quality of the cleaning was spot on! I will be stopping here again next time I am in the area. On a random side note: a upstairs tenant was practicing acoustics guitar and added a pleasant melody to the setting.
